27-year veteran of the financial services industry, Juli is now excited to also take on the role of a Value Builder Advisor. She is an expert on building value and developing a plan for success using a systematic approach to measure and improve the value of a business.
She is a past president of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), having served as the 126-year-old institution’s first female president. She is also a member of the industry’s Million Dollar Round Table.
Juli was named 2015 Women in Financial Services (WIFS) “Woman of the Year,” among her other awards and commendations is NAIFA Wisconsin’s A. Jack Nussbaum Distinguished Service Award. She was designated one of the “Top 20 Women You Need to Know” in insurance by LifeHealthPro and has been interviewed by the Wall Street Journal, Investment News, Reuters, InsuranceNewsNet, and National Underwriter. Juli holds the CFP®, CLU and LUTCF designations.
Juli is the author of “No Necktie Needed: A Women's Guide to Success in Financial Services”. She is also the owner of Juli McNeely Consulting, LLC, where she coaches other professionals on best practices and how to provide excellent client experiences.
More than that, Juli McNeely is a skilled facilitator who can help you enable your business to thrive without you, enabling you to gain control back of your life or exit your business.
Rebecca just celebrated her 25th anniversary in the financial services industry. She has experience in both agency management and working with individuals and small business clients. She has always specialized in full financial planning and utilizes a process which assesses a client's entire financial picture before making recommendations. Rebecca holds the CLU, ChFC and CFP® designations.
Rebecca has expanded her knowledge and expertise and is excited to have added a focus on all things business. She is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) as well as a Value Builder Advisor. She enjoys working with business owners to assess their current situation using a series of questionnaires and assessments. Together with the business owner she will develop a plan for success and enhancing business value.
She has been involved at the executive level with many community organizations including the Saint Paul Home and School Board, Mosinee Youth Softball, Mosinee Area Athletic Association and the Mosinee Sideout volleyball booster club. Within the financial services industry she has served in many Board of Director positions for NAIFA-Wisconsin, the state association of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). She is the past Chair of the NAIFA National Subcommittee, Leadership In Life Institute.
Rebecca’s husband owns a small business in Central Wisconsin. She can relate to the struggles, successes and specific needs you have as a business owner. She has a passion for helping fellow business owners gain time freedom by ensuring that their business operates smoothly in their absence as well as strategically plan for growth and the eventual exit from the business.
